Essential Oil Based

Complemented with our very own signature essential oil blends. Essential oils became the selection of our key ingredient as their well known for their long list of natural benefits in improving hair health. Triple Tree developed 3 signature essential oil blends based upon our intensive research on combining the benefits of the individual essential oils to provide the most effective desired results. Eco-friendly packaging

Our packaging will be minimal as we love the mother earth and nature, so our creation aims to be eco-friendly, reducing synthetic chemicals not only on our products but also on all labels and packaging to reduce the unnecessary waste that could be harmful to our planet earth.

Our labels are printed on the high quality paper stock material commonly found on wine labels. It is selected as it wwas made with natural wood fibres and yet being water resistant.

All our products are glass bottled which are 100% recyclable. 

Shipping  / Delivery

ORDER STATUS

Any orders placed and received are processed on the next 1-2 working days in the order in which they are received. If you have questions about your order, please email us at Customer Service and we would be happy to assist you.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Our orders are shipped and delivered on business days. We kindly ask that you anticipate 3-7 business days for standard shipping. Standard Shipping Charges apply.

In the event of foreseeable shipping delays, we will put up a disclaimer on the site to inform beforehand.

If we attempt to deliver your order, but you are not present to receive it, we will re-deliver on the next available date. However, please note that you will be charged a re-delivery fee of S$5 if your delivery fails two (2) or more times.

CHANGE SUBMITTED ORDERS

Once your order is successfully submitted, we regret to inform that we are not able to accommodate to any changes to the order. If you have any enquiries on your order, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

REPORT ORDER PROBLEM

If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or other concern, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the items. To expedite your request, please have your order confirmation number and proof of images if applicable. We will always do our best to accommodate your concern as efficiently as possible.

REFUNDS and/or EXCHANGES

Any request for returns and/or exchanges of products purchased from our official online stores or pop-up booths, shall subject to the return and exchange policy of the applicable official partner, department store, and/or other third-platforms where the product was originally purchased.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We regret that we do not ship outside of Singapore at this time for orders placed at www.sgtripletree.com. Orders with a PO Box as the delivery address will not be processed.
